Day 1
Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Agdez – Zagora
Departure from Marrakech early in the morning, by4 × 4, you will drive the first day step on the high atlas mountains. Lunch on the road. Then continuation by the Draa Valley (including 20 km of track), arrived in Zagora, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2
Zagora – Tagounite – M’hamid – Erg lihoudi
Breakfast at the hotel and departure from Zagora to M’hamid stopping in Tamgroute to visit the workshop of green pottery manufacturers and the Koranic library. Continuation to M’hamid where you will have lunch. Then departure to Erg camels Lihoudi by camels. Welcome tea. Watching the sunset, dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 3
Erg Lihoudi – Mhamid – Chegaga
After breakfast in the desert, by departure to M’hamid camels (1h). Rest and lunch in M’hamid. In the afternoon, departure by 4 × 4 to the large dunes of Chegaga, you cross a landscape of marvelous desert before reaching the Sacred Oasis. This is an oasis of 20 palm trees lost in the desert with a source that flows all year. After another 15 km you reach the dunes of Chigaga, the largest group of dunes in the area reaches a height of 300 m over a length of 40 km. Watching the sunset, dinner and overnight in tents or under the stars.
Day 4
Erg Chegaga – Foum Zguid – Ait Ben Haddou
After breakfast in the desert, departure by 4 × 4 to cross 90 km more in the desert through the lake Iriki. Stop for lunch in the first village after the desert Foum Zguid. In the afternoon, continuation to Ait Ben Haddou through Taznakht. Arrive late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
Breakfast and departure to Marrakech but before you will explore the Kasbah of Telouet, visit and lunch and then you will continue to Marrakech via the Tichka pass.
