Day 1
Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Tinghir
Morning departure in 4 × 4 to Tinghir via the High Atlas mountains and the Tichka pass (2260m) till Ouarzazate where you will have your lunch, then you will continue to Tinghir via Skoura oasis and the Valley of Roses. Arrival late afternoon, dinner and overnight at the hotel in Todra.
Day 2
Tinghir – Erfoud – Merzouga
After breakfast you will head to the south and the desert. You do step in Rissani, famous for its date market and built near the ruins of the legendary Sijilmassa. After lunch continue the route until Merzouga. There, you will ride the camel to join the camp before admiring the sunset over the dunes and enjoy the traditional mint tea. Dinner around a campfire, accompanied by songs of nomads. Night at the camp in the middle of the dunes of Erg Chebbi.
Day 3
Merzouga – Tazarine – Zagora
Breakfast and departure towards Zagora, you will cross the immensity of stony desert to Alnif. After lunch, you continue your journey through the massive of Saghro to reach the oasis of Zagora. In your way you will discover the Draa valley and its berber village. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4
Zagora – Agdez – Ouarzazate
Departure by 4 × 4 for a visit Tamgroute (workshop of green pottery manufacturers and the Koranic library) located 18 km from Zagora. Then back to join the kasbah of Tamnougalt (near Agdz) by the ancient caravan route. Lunch at the Kasbah and visit. After that you will continue to Ouarzazate by the Tizi-N-Tinfifite. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Telouet – Marrakech
After breakfast return to Marrakech, passing by the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (visit this world heritage by UNESCO), lunch in a restaurant, then take the direction to the beautiful site of Télouet by the ancient caravan trail, afterwards you continue to Marrakech via the pass of Tichka. Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon.
